Premises Liability Case: Broward County Circuit Court. Plaintiff slipped and fell while walking into her apartment complex as pressure cleaning was going on outside the building. The plaintiff claims that the defendant was negligent in its maintenance as it allowed water to accumulate in the lobby during the cleaning project. The Plaintiff lost both of her front teeth and claimed an aggravation of her hip, knee and back conditions. The case resulted in a defense verdict.
